Description
Hydraulic system additive contains substances that protect and maintain hydraulic systems in working order. Restores and improves the functionality of sealing materials, e.g. seals, gaskets, etc. The additive reduces friction that could damage hydraulics. The additive reduces oil temperature, protects the oil from aging and protects all hydraulic system components from wear. The additive provides protection against corrosion, dirt formation in the system, and also protects against foaming. The additive reduces the risk of hydraulic system repairs and operating costs. Properties - prevents foam formation in the hydraulic system - restores sealing materials - prevents the formation of new deposits - reduces friction - good anti-corrosion protection - increases service life - prevents rapid oil aging - dissolves oil deposits Usage If the additive is used regularly, then the amount to be added is 2-4% of the total amount of hydraulic oil. If the product is used to eliminate a problem, then the amount to be added is 4-8% of the total amount of hydraulic oil. The product can be used in hydraulic systems according to DIN 51524 - parts 1, 2 or 3. Note: The product must not be used in hydraulic systems using rapidly biodegradable products (HEPG, HETG or HEES). The product must not be used in vehicle brake systems.
